  • Analyze territory/market potential and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedule.
  • Evangelize UiPath by presenting, promoting, and selling solutions using value selling.
  • Educate customers on how our solutions can benefit them financially and professionally.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory.
  • Develop relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to create opportunities.
  • Partner with the CSM group to ensure customers receive maximum value and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Track competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer needs.
  • Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  • Years of experience selling to top executives in large enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to executives.
  • Track record cultivating C-Level relationships in enterprise accounts, Energy & Utilities.
  • Ability to grow an enterprise client portfolio.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and influence internally and externally.
  • Navigate client orgs and develop contacts across departments and levels.
  • Provide insights to improve customer operations.
  • Data-driven approach to account planning.
  • Identify opportunities from business-led discussions.
  • Critical thinking to solve problems and close deals.
  • Sell to a financial buyer based on value and a business case.
  • Use MEDDPICC or similar methodologies to forecast accurately.
  • Fluency in English and Finnish.
