- Years of experience selling to top executives in large enterprise accounts.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to executives.
- Track record cultivating C-Level relationships in enterprise accounts, Energy & Utilities.
- Ability to grow an enterprise client portfolio.
- Cross-functional collaboration and influence internally and externally.
- Navigate client orgs and develop contacts across departments and levels.
- Provide insights to improve customer operations.
- Data-driven approach to account planning.
- Identify opportunities from business-led discussions.
- Critical thinking to solve problems and close deals.
- Sell to a financial buyer based on value and a business case.
- Use MEDDPICC or similar methodologies to forecast accurately.
- Fluency in English and Finnish.
