Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Marketing Content Producer to create compelling and informative content that speaks to our sophisticated audience of CXOs, VPs, researchers, and other decision makers. If you have a passion for technology and a knack for researching and communicating complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content, we want to hear from you.

As a Marketing Content Producer, you will leverage your extensive experience in technical and business writing to develop a wide range of marketing materials. You will be a key player in creating articles, ad copy, email copy, video scripts, website copy, one-pagers, presentation slides, and other marketing collateral. Your expertise in AI, generative AI (genAI), and large language models (LLMs) will be crucial in ensuring all content is accurate, engaging, and accessible to a U.S. audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality, engaging content for various marketing channels including ads, emails, websites, video scripts, one-pagers, and presentations.
  • Synthesize complex technical information into clear, relatable content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on AI, genAI, and LLMs, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with designers, digital strategists, and product developers to create cohesive and compelling marketing materials.
  • Support the creation of integrated marketing campaigns and ongoing projects.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to stay current and identify content gaps.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and high quality.
  • Report on content performance and recommend iterative improvements to processes and materials.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in technical and business content creation, with at least 3 years at a B2B tech services company.
  • Proven expertise in writing about AI, genAI, and LLMs.
  • Exceptional technical writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with limited oversight.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience creating concise copy or content for B2B U.S. audiences.
  • Preferred: professional or hobbyist-level software engineer skills or knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field.
  • A portfolio showcasing your technical writing and marketing content.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative process improvement.
