Triage Associate I (Contract)

📋 Description

• Monitor Fleet Operations via dashboards and alerts
• Capture required details and open tickets with proper categorization
• Coordinate real-time incidents: prioritize events and escalate
• Support cross-functional analytical tasks in Triage Ops
• Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years experience; Associate/Bachelor's preferred
• 1-2 years relevant experience
• Flexibility in working hours and shifts
• Ability to learn new tools quickly
• Analyze issues to assess cause, impact, severity per docs
• Strong attention to detail with repetitive tasks
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Interest in ADAS development
