Triage Analyst I (Contract)

📋 Description

• Own Fleet Watch ops: ticketing, escalation, incident lifecycle; improve tools.
• Lead high-severity incidents end-to-end; coordinate across teams.
• Manage external reports (status, trends, KPIs) with exec-ready outputs.
• Help track metrics (response time, resolution time, health).
• Mentor the team; define training plans and readiness standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s required; or associate with 2 yrs, or HS/GED with 4 yrs.
• Ability to learn new software tools quickly.
• Analytical skills to assess cause, impact, severity; follow detailed docs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• Willingness to adapt to changing processes.
• Interest in ADAS development.
