About the role:

In this role, you will play a crucial role to bring valuable and long-term partnership for Trendyol customers. You will accelerate our growth journey along with the strategic partnership management. You will be responsible for exploring the partnership areas, boost the partnership pipeline, identifying the opportunities to meet the customer's demand, negotiating and implementing the strategies with the partners while working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead partnership initiatives that support Trendyol’s growth across Türkiye and new international markets (Azerbaijan, Gulf, EU).Build and strengthen relationships with public institutions, investors, NGOs, business associations, and corporate partners to support Trendyol’s strategic goals.Drive collaboration with ecosystem partners from logistics and technology providers to sectoral organizations ensuring alignment and mutual value creation.Support investor and government relations efforts to enhance understanding and advocacy of Trendyol’s impact and innovation agenda.Manage sponsorships and co-branding projects (sports, arts, sustainability) that enhance Trendyol’s reputation and social footprint.Collaborate with internal teams on major corporate and international expansion projects, ensuring strong alignment and communication with external stakeholders.Identify and manage partnership opportunities that highlight Trendyol’s role in empowering local producers, entrepreneurs, and the e-export ecosystem.
  • Expected Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, stakeholder relations, business development, or public affairs, ideally within technology, e-commerce, or multinational environments
  • Skilled in building trust-based, long-term relationships across public and private sectors
  • Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, comfortable navigating between boardrooms, ministries, and startup founders
  • Exceptional communication skills with strong cross-cultural awareness and business acumen
  • Fluent in English and MS Office Programs / G-Suite
