As a Business Development Intern, you’ll support the team in reaching out to potential sellers through calls, emails, and field visits, helping build interest in joining the platform. You’ll gain hands-on experience in pitching, using CRM tools, and following up to ensure smooth onboarding. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll also contribute ideas to improve strategies and grow the seller network.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to sellers and potential clients via cold calls, emails, chats, and field visits
  • Create interest and persuade sellers to join the platform
  • Deliver professional sales pitches and tailored proposals
  • Manage communication across multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, chat tools)
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, conversations, and conversions
  • Consistently follow up to ensure seller onboarding completion
  • Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, pitches, and sales strategies
  • Report on lead progress and share feedback on seller objections
  • Expected Qualifications

  • Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
  • Confidence in field visits and direct client pitching
  • Ability to draft and present compelling proposals
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Interest in e-commerce, technology, and startups

    Note: Due to national hiring requirements, we are only considering Saudi nationals for this internship.
