📋 Description

  • Set up and manage new hire cohort tasks via LMS (Absorb) and scheduling.
  • Coordinate classroom readiness for in-person locations at Pittsburgh and St. Louis sites.
  • Manage LMS and third-party portals to ensure access and deadlines.
  • Approve new hire timecards and track attendance during training programs.
  • Monitor compliance training completion for internal and pharma partners.
  • Coordinate desk moves and seating logistics with Workplace Services.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, L&D, HR, or related field.
  • 2–5 years in training coordination or admin support.
  • Hands-on LMS experience with Absorb or similar and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA) or other regulated industries.
  • Strong communication and collaboration; proficiency with Slack and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
