Trainer, Clinical Operations

📋 Description

• Design and implement a strategic training framework for clinical staff.
• Develop curricula using adult learning principles, e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
• Create training content for internal/external team members on specialty pharmacy workflow and regulatory processes.
• Conduct onboarding, retraining, and coaching sessions as needed.
• Update materials to reflect current industry practices and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Clinical Ops, Quality, and People Ops to align training with compliance goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a trainer/educator in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings; specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy workflow, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills; capable of engaging diverse audiences.
• Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and e-learning tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills; attention to detail; training certifications (e.g., ATD, CPT) a plus.
