Traffic Performance Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead traffic management with cross-functional teams on trends and remediation.
• Explain traffic management to Sales, Product, and Legal per customer.
• Serve as expert resource on industry trends for Risk Management and Sales.
• Own the Customer Traffic Health weekly cadence; plan actions from data.
• Represent Bandwidth in cross-functional meetings on traffic integrity.
• Present traffic health data to customers; advise best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-4 years in business risk analysis or CPaaS role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of telecom regulations and industry best practices.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills; able to learn new software.
• Clear verbal and written communication under pressure.
