We focus on providing effective support, quick and clear communication, and top-notch service quality. Our clients know they can always rely on us. Besides daily support, we work on different projects like collaboration with developers, language analysis, and much more! In times of quick AI development, we are working on improving automation and building AI tools to support people in their efforts to solve the most advanced cases and build relationships.

We’re available to our customers 24/7, so be prepared for different shifts.

You will be responsible for:

Being the first point of contact, supporting customers with code installation, product usage, customer exit reporting, billing assistance, and more;

Quick, efficient, and high-quality communication;

Collaborating with technical support in more technically complex cases;

Building professional relationships with clients;

Learning about our productsdaily and keeping up with the release of new features by our product teams.

What you'll need to bring:

Excellent English skills – you’ll be using it all day;

We expect that you already have experience in business customer support;

Fast typing skills – at least 40 WPM;

Strong multitasking abilities;

You need to be ready to work the graveyard shift;

Strong analytical and communication skills;

You will need to be able to assimilate large amounts of information day in and day out;

Basic knowledge of JS/HTML is a plus.
