๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Recruit, onboard, and grow strategic channel partners with face-to-face engagement; weekly travel.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance distribution channels and onboard value-added distributors.
  • Manage and grow top-tier commercial partners across product categories.
  • Target MSPs to accelerate adoption of NETGEAR wireless APs and switches via our cloud platform.
  • Develop and execute business plans, proposals, and agreements; meet revenue and margin targets.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and provide insights to shape strategy and maintain category leadership.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (C1+).
  • Minimum 5+ years in partner/channel account management in IT networking.
  • Strong relationships with CEOs/CTOs and decision-makers in Benelux IT channel.
  • Proven track record closing high-value sales campaigns; skilled in planning, forecasting, and quotas.
  • Deep understanding of channel dynamics, partner economics, and market share growth.
  • Salesforce experience preferred; French a plus.
