Monitor Paytm telecom platforms including USSD, IVR, SIP, and CRBT services
Perform L1 troubleshooting for platform, network, and service-related issues
Handle alerts, alarms, and incident tickets within defined SLAs
Coordinate with internal teams (Platform, Network, Deployment) and external operators for issue resolution
Support daily operations, health checks, and service availability monitoring
Analyze logs and provide initial RCA for incidents and recurring issues

🎯 Requirements

Linux/Unix hands-on experience
Basic SIP protocol, call flows, telecom services
USSD and IVR platforms exposure
CRBT systems and operator integrations
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, latency, routing)
Monitoring tools and ticketing systems (Jira, Remedy, EGL, Grafana, Prometheus)
