🎯 Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in fast-paced environments.
Sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
Experience hiring in space, satellite, aerospace, or deep tech.
Recruiting for satellite systems engineers, PMs, and AIT engineers.
Global recruiting across US and European aerospace ecosystems.
ATS proficiency (Lever preferred).
