Technical Program Manager - Release Management

📋 Description

• Operationalize health and program monitoring of releases to drive improvements.
• Uphold execution standards; ensure deliverables meet benchmarks.
• Weekly planning and prioritization with Release Management Eng. Managers.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with QA, Operations, System Testing, and Eng.
• Lead enablement project management for CI/CD upgrades and tools.
• Translate strategy into technical tactics including release trains and milestones.
• Partner with the PMO to align milestones with the corporate roadmap.
• Proactive risk management for release cycles with cross-functional partners.
• Deliver concise, data-driven Go/No-Go updates for leadership.
• Lead stakeholder syncs and release readiness reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in program management, software development, or software validation; 2+ years PM.
• Experience in the SDLC and software release processes.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, Lucid, and related tools.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
