- Knowledge of warehouse optimization, material flow, logistics engineering, lean manufacturing; hands-on with ERP/WMS (SAP).
- Strong change management and stakeholder management skills to align teams at all levels.
- Analytical with process mapping, KPIs, and operational dashboards.
- Bonus: MS in IE/SC or Logistics; PMP, PgMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications.
