🎯 Requirements

Advanced knowledge of JIRA/Confluence (custom workflows, JQL, reporting).
Deep Agile mastery across Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to drive consensus without direct authority.
Experience partnering with Product Managers on backlog grooming and prioritization.
