Technical Policy Manager, Cyber Harms

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a cyber threat modeling team.
• Design and oversee evaluations of models' cyber capabilities.
• Create cyber threat models: attack vectors and exploits.
• Develop usage policies for safe model use in cyber harms.
• Serve as primary cyber harms expert for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with threat modeling and ML teams on safety data.

🎯 Requirements

• MS/PhD in CS, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity (vuln research, exploit development, etc).
• 2+ years managing technical teams or leading complex projects.
• Proficiency in Python and data analysis.
• Deep expertise in offensive and defensive cybersecurity.
• Ability to translate cyber risks into policy frameworks; familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CWE/CVE.
