Lead day-to-day M&E operations for the facility on-site.
Establish procedures and ensure statutory compliance for facility & engineering.
Plan and manage budgets for Engineering and Operational contracts.
Conduct technical audits and monitor M&E contractor maintenance.
Manage energy use; implement energy management programs to reduce costs.
Ensure 24/7 emergency support and safe operation of critical equipment.

🎯 Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Electrical Engineering.
10-12 years in managing conventional/multi-tenant facilities.
Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements.
Strong knowledge of facility utilities: data centers, generators, HVAC, UPS, BMS.
Strong budget management and financial analysis for facilities.
Vendor & contract management; procurement processes experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills (English/Hindi).
