Technical Lead Engineering Manager, Autonomy Integration

📋 Description

• Interface with ECUs to report state and control vehicle platforms.
• Detect platform errors and trigger appropriate responses.
• Build and maintain tests/infrastructure for SIL/HIL integrations.
• Map Aurora Driver components to hardware to fit hardware constraints.
• Lead a team of 10-20 engineers to achieve company objectives.
• Identify technical and schedule risks and mitigate them.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in autonomous vehicles/robotics or autonomy systems.
• 3+ years in formal management or TLM role.
• Proven systems integration across software onto diverse hardware/embedded platforms.
• Experience building automated SIL/HIL validation infrastructure.
• Ability translate vague goals into concrete technical requirements and execution plans.
