📋 Description
- Research and advise on complex accounting matters (US GAAP, ASC 842/805/350/360/810/830/815)
- Draft and maintain technical accounting memos and policies for new/existing transactions
- Collaborate with external auditors for policy positions during reviews and audits
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting Ops, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Stratfin
- Prepare quarterly SOX technical accounting controls and support internal controls
- Monitor new accounting pronouncements and regulatory updates and assess impact
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required
- 7+ years accounting experience (public/industry) with revenue recognition focus
- Strong US GAAP knowledge; ASC 842/805/350/360/810/830/815
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders
- High attention to detail and integrity in financial reporting
- Experience with SEC reporting and technical accounting research tools
