Develop financial analyses and pro forma models (income statement, balance sheet, FCF).
Present insights on each opportunity based on data and strategy fit.
Perform quality-of-revenue and earnings analysis; develop working capital metrics.
Collaborate with legal, tax, and operations to gather information.
Communicate findings clearly and guide the due diligence process.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in accounting and buy-side transactions (advisory/PE).
CPA, CA, or CFA preferred.
Experience at a mid-market accounting firm preferred.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate small to mid-size businesses.
Highly motivated; manages multiple projects.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
