We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-time (hybrid) Payroll/Benefits Administrator to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ADP Payroll systems, benefits administration, and reconciliation processes. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, managing employee benefits, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Payroll ProcessingProcess bi-weekly payroll for approximately 350 employees using ADP Payroll systemReview and input time and attendance data, ensuring accuracy and completenessCalculate and process various types of pay, including regular hours, overtime, bonuses, and commissionsHandle payroll adjustments, including retroactive pay, salary changes, and terminationsPrepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other departments as neededRespond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsAssist with year-end processes, including W-2 preparation and distributionBenefits AdministrationManage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations in ADP systemCoordinate with insurance carriers and third-party administrators to ensure accurate benefits coverageAssist employees with benefits-related questions and provide guidance on plan optionsConduct benefits orientation sessions for new hiresPrepare and distribute benefits-related communications to employeesManage annual open enrollment process, including coordinating with vendors and assisting employees with selectionsReconcile monthly benefits invoices and resolve discrepanciesEnsure compliance with COBRA, HIPAA, and other relevant regulationsReconciliation and Reporting:Perform regular reconciliations of payroll and benefits data to ensure accuracyReconcile payroll tax accounts and prepare necessary reports for local, state, and federal agenciesGenerate and analyze various HR reports using ADP reporting toolsAssist with audits related to payroll and benefitsIdentify and resolve discrepancies in payroll and benefits dataPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation reports for management review Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in ADP payroll processing, assisting employees with benefits and payroll accounting.
