  • Manage, coach, and motivate a team of SDRs to hit activity, meetings, and pipeline targets
  • Lead regular 1:1s, team huddles, call reviews, and ongoing skills development
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ramp plans for new SDRs
  • Ensure outbound/inbound channel execution across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and sequences
  • Monitor dashboards and quality metrics (connect rates, conversions)
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy; Salesforce best practices

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3โ€“6+ years in SDR/BDR roles, with 1โ€“3+ years in leadership or coaching capacity
  • Proven ability to meet or beat SDR targets
  • Strong coaching skills with structured feedback
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools: Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management
