- Ensure outbound/inbound channel execution across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and sequences
- Monitor dashboards and quality metrics (connect rates, conversions)
- Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy; Salesforce best practices
๐ฏ Requirements
- 3โ6+ years in SDR/BDR roles, with 1โ3+ years in leadership or coaching capacity
- Proven ability to meet or beat SDR targets
- Strong coaching skills with structured feedback
- Experience with CRM and sales tools: Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management
