• Lead the team of Zoox Vehicle Operators who operate L3 test vehicles.
• Set short- and long-term targets for the vehicle operator team.
• Mentor field experts on tools, features, and workflows related to Vehicle Operations.
• Coordinate with Program management, strategy, vehicle engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Hands-on leaders ensure software and hardware tests meet Zoox’s high standards.
• Drive safety-focused, inclusive day-to-day operations and communications.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional work experience in a cross-functional operations and product-based environment
• Proactive mindset and resourcefulness
• Proven ability to problem solve and improve operational efficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management
• Excellent driving history
• 3+ years autonomous vehicle industry
