  • Lead 4–5 direct reports across EPD, GTM, and G&A.
  • Own the ATS workflows, automations, approvals, and reporting.
  • Oversee Ashby ATS migration from Greenhouse in April 2026.
  • Build real-time dashboards for pipeline health, funnel, time-in-stage, capacity.
  • Drive process discipline: 48-hr stage moves, 24-hr interview feedback.
  • Partner with Finance on headcount planning and capacity modeling.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in talent ops or recruiting ops, with 2+ years leading a team.
  • Built/improved talent ops at a high-growth tech firm (Series C+ / 200+ employees).
  • Deep ATS expertise; Ashby is a strong plus; Greenhouse migration experience.
  • Data-focused: build dashboards, define KPIs, and drive decisions.
  • Experience managing recruiting coordinators and developing them.
  • You move fast, communicate directly, and enjoy building from scratch.
