π― Requirements
- 5+ years in talent ops or recruiting ops, with 2+ years leading a team.
- Built/improved talent ops at a high-growth tech firm (Series C+ / 200+ employees).
- Deep ATS expertise; Ashby is a strong plus; Greenhouse migration experience.
- Data-focused: build dashboards, define KPIs, and drive decisions.
- Experience managing recruiting coordinators and developing them.
- You move fast, communicate directly, and enjoy building from scratch.
