📋 Description

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to tailor high-volume tech sourcing.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier tech talent via outbound sourcing.
• Attend intake meetings to understand each role's requirements.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess technical alignment.
• Create market maps and talent intel reports for TAM insights.
• Run A/B tests on outreach and improve candidate funnel performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years sourcing experience in high-volume engineering roles.
• Proven ability to nurture diverse, hard-to-reach talent pools.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, Gem, and SeekOut.
• Fluent in Boolean logic; skilled in CRM re-engagement.
• Strong time management, detail-oriented, proactive.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and evolving sourcing strategies.
