📋 Description

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to craft tailored sourcing for software engineering roles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline via outbound sourcing and CRM.
• Attend intake meetings to understand role requirements.
• Screen candidates to evaluate technical alignment and share calibrated recommendations.
• Create market maps and talent intelligence reports for TAM insights.
• Run A/B tests on outreach to improve candidate funnel performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of sourcing experience for engineering roles.
• Proven ability to build relationships with diverse hard-to-reach talent pools.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, Gem, and SeekOut.
• Fluent in Boolean logic and skilled in CRM re-engagement searches.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; proactive problem-solving.
