- Own the full EPD recruiting plan; weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and calibration.
- Carry a personal load of senior and leadership hires.
- Build the recruiting operating system for EPD: ATS, coverage models, capacity, SLAs, debriefs.
- Partner with EPD leadership on hiring strategy; quarterly headcount planning.
- Drive sourcing strategy and channel optimization; track cost-per-hire data.
π― Requirements
- 8+ years in technical recruiting; 2+ years leading a team of engineers/product recruiters.
- Experience at high-growth SaaS (>$100M ARR or Series C+) scaling recruiting.
- Hands-on experience building recruiting infrastructure: coverage, capacity, SLAs, scorecards, debriefs.
- Strong ATS experience (Ashby preferred; Greenhouse/Lever acceptable) and building reports.
- Proven ability to recruit senior technical talent (Staff Engineer, VP Product).
- Data-driven operating style; pipeline reviews with metrics and yield tracking.
