  • Lead and develop the EPD Talent team; manage partners in Montreal, Toronto, and SF.
  • Own the full EPD recruiting plan; weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and calibration.
  • Carry a personal load of senior and leadership hires.
  • Build the recruiting operating system for EPD: ATS, coverage models, capacity, SLAs, debriefs.
  • Partner with EPD leadership on hiring strategy; quarterly headcount planning.
  • Drive sourcing strategy and channel optimization; track cost-per-hire data.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in technical recruiting; 2+ years leading a team of engineers/product recruiters.
  • Experience at high-growth SaaS (>$100M ARR or Series C+) scaling recruiting.
  • Hands-on experience building recruiting infrastructure: coverage, capacity, SLAs, scorecards, debriefs.
  • Strong ATS experience (Ashby preferred; Greenhouse/Lever acceptable) and building reports.
  • Proven ability to recruit senior technical talent (Staff Engineer, VP Product).
  • Data-driven operating style; pipeline reviews with metrics and yield tracking.
