π― Requirements
- 8+ years in technical recruiting, 2+ years leading an engineering/product recruiting team
- Experience at high-growth SaaS ($100M+ ARR/Series C+) scaling recruiting
- Hands-on experience building recruiting infrastructure: coverage models, capacity plans, SLAs, scorecards
- Strong ATS experience (Ashby preferred; Greenhouse/Lever acceptable). Build reports and workflows
- Proven ability to recruit senior technical talent personally (Staff Engineer/VP level)
- Data-driven approach; track pipeline metrics like pass-through, conversion, sourcing yield
