  • Lead and develop the EPD Talent team across Montreal, Toronto, San Francisco
  • Own the full hiring plan for Engineering, Product, Design
  • Build operating cadence: coverage, capacity, interview processes
  • Report to VP of Talent; partner with CTO and Product/Design
  • Run weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, calibration sessions
  • Manage personal load of senior/leadership hires

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in technical recruiting, 2+ years leading an engineering/product recruiting team
  • Experience at high-growth SaaS ($100M+ ARR/Series C+) scaling recruiting
  • Hands-on experience building recruiting infrastructure: coverage models, capacity plans, SLAs, scorecards
  • Strong ATS experience (Ashby preferred; Greenhouse/Lever acceptable). Build reports and workflows
  • Proven ability to recruit senior technical talent personally (Staff Engineer/VP level)
  • Data-driven approach; track pipeline metrics like pass-through, conversion, sourcing yield
