  • Lead and develop the EPD Talent team across Montreal, Toronto, SF.
  • Own full hiring plan for Eng, Product, Design; track metrics.
  • Manage personal load of senior/leadership hires (Staff+ engineers, PMs).
  • Build the operating system for EPD recruiting: coverage models, capacity, SLAs.
  • Partner with EPD leadership on hiring strategy; quarterly headcount planning.
  • Drive sourcing strategy; manage sourcing output across channels; track metrics.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in technical recruiting; 2+ years leading Eng/Prod recruiters.
  • Experience scaling recruiting at SaaS with $100M+ ARR or Series C+.
  • Hands-on infra for recruiting: coverage models, capacity, SLAs, debriefs.
  • Strong ATS experience; Ashby preferred, Greenhouse/Lever acceptable; configurable.
  • Recruits senior technical talent personally; can lead Staff/VP searches.
  • Data-driven; present pipeline metrics; track pass-through and yield.
  • Experience managing teams across US and Canada.
