- Experience scaling recruiting at SaaS with $100M+ ARR or Series C+.
- Hands-on infra for recruiting: coverage models, capacity, SLAs, debriefs.
- Strong ATS experience; Ashby preferred, Greenhouse/Lever acceptable; configurable.
- Recruits senior technical talent personally; can lead Staff/VP searches.
- Data-driven; present pipeline metrics; track pass-through and yield.
- Experience managing teams across US and Canada.
