  • Hands-on recruiting infrastructure: coverage, capacity, SLAs.
  • Strong ATS experience; Ashby preferred (Greenhouse/Lever ok).
  • Proven ability to recruit senior technical talent.
  • Data-driven; track pipeline, pass-through, sourcing yield.
