Talent Acquisition Team Lead - EPD

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the EPD Talent team.
• Own time-to-fill, pipeline health, offers, and quality.
• Build the operating system for EPD recruiting.
• Partner with EPD leadership on hiring strategy.
• Drive sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, events, and agencies.
• Implement and optimize Ashby ATS; design dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical recruiting; 2+ years leading a team.
• Experience at high-growth SaaS; scale recruiting for growth.
• Hands-on recruiting infrastructure: coverage, capacity, SLAs.
• Strong ATS experience; Ashby preferred (Greenhouse/Lever ok).
• Proven ability to recruit senior technical talent.
• Data-driven; track pipeline, pass-through, sourcing yield.
