🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of in-house or agency recruiting in SaaS/tech
- French native speaker and English fluent
- Hands-on ATS experience (Greenhouse or Ashby)
- Strong sourcer: proactive pipelines and outreach
- Organized and data-driven; can explain funnel metrics
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
