• Research and attract talented technical individuals at all levels.
• Build relationships with sourced candidates to reflect Motional culture.
• Cultivate hard-to-find talent to join our teams.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Motional roles, esp. ML and software.
• Provide a best-in-class candidate experience as the first contact.
• Create strategic ways to engage candidates not ready to join.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting in Software Engineering
• ATS experience; Greenhouse preferred
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
• Screen candidates for interest level and high-level details
• Strategic partner mindset with recruiting and clients
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
