  • End-to-end recruitment: recruit, track, coordinate, interview through onboarding.
  • Educate stakeholders on recruiting processes, demographics, best practices.
  • Build relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners.
  • Use analytics to anticipate roadblocks and improve processes.
  • Create and present KPI reports and dashboards; manage SLAs like cost per hire.
  • Encourage brand ambassadors and employee referral programs.

  • 2+ years of Talent Acquisition in Sales/Business or Bulk Hiring.
  • End-to-end recruitment, sourcing and employer branding.
  • Team player with strong stakeholder management.
  • Excellent recruitment reporting and dashboarding skills.
  • Experience managing bulk/volume hiring; familiar with HRIS tools.
  • Education: Graduate or PG completed (HR preferred).
