Support safety clearance with reports showing process, gaps, and controls.
Drive continuous manufacturing improvements from quality data and field performance.

🎯 Requirements

Master's degree or higher in a STEM field.
5+ years in manufacturing, preferably high-volume or safety-critical.
Experience shipping complex hardware with PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, RCA.
Background in systems engineering; translate high-level requirements to manufacturing/test specs.
Experience in robotics, aerospace, medical devices, or automotive.
Familiarity with scaling manufacturing from low- to high-volume.
