🎯 Requirements
- BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 8+ years in powertrain, thermal, battery, or EV systems
- Proven ability to deliver corrective actions improving reliability, durability, or serviceability
- Experience with root cause analysis, DFMEA, and product and process validation
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration; manage multiple priorities
- CAD: CATIA preferred; familiarity with 3DX, DELMIA, SAP, JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Python
