Own sustaining engineering for body and closure subsystems in the in-service fleet and current production.
Drive end-to-end resolution of field and manufacturing issues across doors, latches, seals, and body structures.
Use fleet and production data (MTBF, downtime) to prioritize work and validate solutions.
Lead design updates and system improvements for durability, efficiency, and serviceability.
Author and manage Engineering Change Requests and Actions; develop validation plans at multiple levels.
Support retrofit and rework campaigns; partner with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
