What does a day in the life as a Data Processing Analyst look like?

You will serve as a technical authority for entering mechanical configuration and diagnostic frequency metadata for rotating machines

You will provide technical support for installation teams in the field including advising on proper sensor installation for diagnostics, machine configuration correction, and IoT connectivity troubleshooting

You will use technical knowledge of machines to review installation and data entry for accurate vibration diagnostics

You will communicate across teams to ensure the quality and completion of deployments

You will have a significant impact on increasing overall efficiency and productivity

Executes accurate information processing from various sources (spreadsheets, images, etc.) into our platform - including data parsing, entry, and image assessment.

What are the required qualifications for a Data Processing Analyst?

Experience with or knowledge of industrial machinery - e.g. vibration analyst, industrial reliability, maintenance technician, electrical technician, field technician, or similar role

At least 2 years of mechanical, electrical, or data technical work experience

Works autonomously - able to organize, track, and follow-up on multiple projects and tasks without micromanagement

A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills

Nice-to-have qualifications:

Experience with rotating machinery reliability and diagnostics OR experience with rotating machinery maintenance and operation

Experience with scripting or automation in Google suite and/or Microsoft Office suite

Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, and/or Slack

Analytical mindset - able to identify risks, predict issues, and solve unexpected problems which may arise throughout the project

Technology and business savvy with startup / scale up experience

Familiarity with SaaS deployment in a industrial / manufacturing environmentBe a good team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate their project team
