🎯 Requirements

- NPI experience; building/improving quality systems.
- Proficient in Six Sigma, 8D, Pareto, regression, ANOVA, DOE, Fishbone.
- PFMEA/Process Capability; CP/CPK; SPC; MSA.
- Manufacturing: Injection Molding, stamping, electromechanical assemblies.
- GD&T, tooling verification, final buyoff at supplier.
- ISO 9000 & IATF 16949 knowledge; CQE or Six Sigma Belt preferred.
