Sub-Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Lead sub-contract evaluation, negotiation and closure with suppliers
• Manage contract changes and change control throughout lifecycle
• Maintain auditable records per requirements
• Review contracts for technical, quality, regulatory alignment
• Monitor sub-contractor performance against schedule, cost, quality
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks; escalate issues

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in sub-contract management
• Production/test environment experience
• Procurement of electromechanical assemblies
• Proficient with NetSuite ERP and Jira/Confluence
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder mgmt
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
