Sub-Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Lead evaluation, negotiation and closure of sub-contracts with strategic suppliers.
• Manage contract changes (waivers, addendums, options) and change control across lifecycle.
• Maintain auditable records compliant with company and contractual requirements.
• Review contracts to reflect technical, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report sub-contractor performance vs schedule, cost and quality.
• Identify, assess and mitigate supply chain risks, escalating issues as needed.
• Develop strong relationships internally and externally to enable communication and alignment throughout contract execution.
• Support sub-contractor growth and development in alignment with Loft's needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in sub-contract management.
• Experience in a production/test environment.
• Procurement of electromechanical assemblies and related build/test processes.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work with a global team and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Proficient with ERP (NetSuite) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
