Sales Development Representative, Greater China at Stripe

Stripe is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to help drive growth in Greater China from our Singapore-based team. You will build a pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities, collaborate with Account Executives, and help Stripe expand its footprint in the region.

Role overview

As a Sales Development Representative you will be the first point of contact for potential Stripe customers in Greater China. You will identify opportunities, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct outbound outreach to target Greater China accounts
Qualify opportunities against Stripe's ICP; manage leads in CRM
Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to tailor outreach and messaging
Qualify and schedule meetings for Account Executives
Track pipeline metrics and strive to meet or exceed quarterly targets
Represent Stripe with professionalism and a customer-centric mindset

Requirements

1-3 years in sales development, inside sales, or related roles; SaaS experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication; fluency in English; Mandarin Chinese helpful
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and sales enablement tech
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deals
Comfortable with fast-paced environment and quick learning
