Overview
Stripe is seeking a German-speaking Sales Development Associate to join our EMEA sales team in Dublin. You will be the first point of contact for potential Stripe customers in the DACH region, qualify inbound inquiries and outbound prospects, and set up meetings for the sales team to drive Stripe's growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach in German to identify and qualify opportunities
- Respond to inbound inquiries and perform discovery calls
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Sales teams
- Stay up-to-date on Stripe products and pricing
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
- 1-3 years of SaaS sales development or related experience
- Strong communication, listening, and time-management skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in Dublin
