3+ years managing teams shipping data products and big data infra.
Proven success recruiting and building great teams.
Extreme customer focus, partnering with PMs and Stripe engineers to understand use cases.
Effective cross-functional collaboration with rigorous thinking and clear comms.
Thrives with autonomy in ambiguous environments.
Iceberg, Kafka, Flink, Spark, Airflow, AWS; open-source a plus.
