Stripe is seeking an AE Manager, Funded Startup Hunter (French Speaking) to lead business development efforts focused on acquiring funded startups across Europe. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, build strategic partnerships, and help Stripe scale its startup ecosystem in Europe. This role is based in Europe with the option to be based in Dublin, Ireland or Paris, France and requires fluent French.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue funded startup accounts across Europe
Own multi-stage sales cycles from prospecting to closing
Build and nurture relationships with founders, investors, and ecosystem partners
Collaborate with Partnerships, Solutions Engineering, and BD teams to craft tailored proposals
Qualify inbound leads and conduct proactive outbound outreach to target startups
Forecast accurately and contribute to the growth strategy for Stripe’s startup ecosystem

Qualifications

Fluent French (spoken and written)
5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS
Proven track record of closing strategic, multi-stakeholder deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Willingness to travel as needed within Europe

Location

Based in Dublin, Ireland or Paris, France. This role supports Stripe’s startup ecosystem across Europe and requires proximity to EU markets.
