- 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in tech companies
- Proven ability to operate in a high-performing culture with humility and resilience
- Own executive relationships with top customers, prospects, and thought leaders
- Understand complex business problems and craft cross-product solutions
- Develop and execute account plans across multiple business units
- Superior verbal and written skills in English and Japanese
