Strategic Sourcing Manager, Indirect Procurement

📋 Description

• Manage strategic sourcing process and negotiate contracts at a sophisticated level
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies that reduce cost and mitigate risk.
• Align sourcing initiatives with Legal, Finance, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, and leadership teams.
• Develop and manage sourcing events (RFx) and vendor selection processes.
• Manage supplier programs with defined SLAs and KPIs, measuring delivery, cost, quality and timeliness.
• Understand contract interrelationships and apply business reasoning to meet business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of strategic sourcing experience in design, software, and manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s in supply chain, finance, business admin, or IT; MBA/JD/CPIM/CPSM desirable.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
• Experience with domestic and international suppliers in global environments.
• Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Data-driven spend tracking and reporting to meet objectives.

• Salary range: $109,000 - $142,000 USD
