- Own revenue for the Strategic Enterprise segment
- Lead and coach Strategic AEs with Challenger sales
- Drive land-and-expand with VP/Director level contacts at large property managers
- Support AEs through full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiations, expansions
- Collaborate with Demand Gen and SDR on ABM planning and execution
- Hire, onboard, train, and manage the Strategic AE team
π― Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales management in Enterprise Sales
- Experience managing average deal size at least 150000
- Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quotas
- Experience with complex enterprise consultative sales (multi-threading, procurement, long cycles)
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week and travel frequently
- Bachelor's degree required
