  • Own revenue for the Strategic Enterprise segment
  • Lead and coach Strategic AEs with Challenger sales
  • Drive land-and-expand with VP/Director level contacts at large property managers
  • Support AEs through full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiations, expansions
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen and SDR on ABM planning and execution
  • Hire, onboard, train, and manage the Strategic AE team

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales management in Enterprise Sales
  • Experience managing average deal size at least 150000
  • Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quotas
  • Experience with complex enterprise consultative sales (multi-threading, procurement, long cycles)
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week and travel frequently
  • Bachelor's degree required
