- 8+ years in Partnerships, BD, or enterprise sales (fitness/healthtech/SaaS)
- 4+ years presenting to and negotiating with C-suite leadership
- Deep NA fitness/wellness network with major industry contacts
- Strategic and analytical; data-driven; understands unit economics
- Proven closer with high-seven-figure revenue and complex cycles
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
