  • Cross-functional Leadership: coordinate technical and non-technical teams.
  • Executive Presence: strong communication; lead QBRs with polish.
  • Strategic & Operational Balance: long-term vision with daily execution.
  • Analytical & Influential: use data to shape product strategy.
